Steps to Register:

1) Complete the form below

2) Pay the $100 deposit

You may do this by indicating how much you'd like to pay in the form below (you may pay more than the $100 deposit if you'd like) and when you click "Submit" it will take you to PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way.  

You may also mail a check to: Central/Western Iowa FCA, 2600 Grand Ave., Ste. 114, Des Moines, IA 50312.  If you choose this option, please put $0 in the payment box in the form below and it will not direct you to PayPal when you click "Submit".

If you would like to make a payment towards your camp balance click here to be directed to a payment page. You do not need to re-enter all the information below every time you make a payment!

3) Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your registration information.   

 4) Before Camp Starts

Two weeks prior to camp you will be mailed a packet of information regarding what you should pack, directions to camp, a balance statement, and a waiver form.  We must have your balance due and a completed waiver by the start of camp.  You will not be able to participate in the camp activities until we receive these items.
