Event Target Participants: All 7-12th Graders
Date: Friday, March 27 - Sunday, March 29, 2009 (event complete at noon)
Time: Huddle Leader Training will be at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27th - First Baptist Church
Huddle Leader Cost: $15.00 (Cost includes two overnights, four meals, insurance and program)
Location: First Baptist Church—700 East Olive Street, Marshalltown High School—1602 South Second Avenue and Marshalltown Community College—3700 South Center Street
Student Housing: Students and Huddle Leaders will be housed at either First Baptist Church or the Community College
STEP ONE. Apply as a Huddle Leader or Inform us of interest to be one for this event.
STEP TWO. - Fill out a Ministry Leader Application.
* (If you served as a Huddle Leader before, you do not have to complete an MLA).
Here's how the process works.
1. Fill out the MLA
2. Your local staff person will review your MLA.
3. Once approved, your MLA will remain on file with the FCA Home Office.

STEP THREE. REGISTER FOR THE STATE RETREAT
A. REGISTRATION (as a huddle leader) by one of the options:

- Download the form, print a registration form, mail it with your Retreat fee dues.

B. HEALTH RECORD AND CONSENT FOR TREATMENT FORM

We are glad you are going to join us! Don’t forget to bring all health forms and registration fees to the Registration Table on Friday, March 27th, 2009. There will be a nametag and huddle booklet ready for you also!
