What is a huddle leader? Anyone who is college age or in their early 20's who has a heart to serve. And you need to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
What does a huddle leader do? Huddle Leader Job Description Your responsibilities as a huddle leader will include:
1. Monitor huddle needs
a. Keep huddle on schedule
b. Eat together at meal times
c. Be available to counsel huddle members if necessary
d. Be responsible for huddle members at all times
e. If a question goes uncomfortably unanswered, know where to find the required help
f. Enforce lights out and handle morning wake-up
2. Huddle Meetings
a. Guide discussion involving all members
b. Prayer time
c. Plan for evening devotions
d. Be attentive and take notes during the assemblies
3. Competition
a. Actively participate in activities and compeitions b. Be an encourager and motivator to all
c. Involve all huddle members
4. Maintain contact with each huddle member several times for at least a year afterwards.

1. How much does it cost to be a Huddle Leader?
Weekend of Champions - $15.00
Camp - seeing kids impacted for Christ = Priceless
2. What do I need to bring?
Sleeping bags, pillows, towels, toiletries, appropriate casual clothes, workout clothes, Bible, pen/pencil, one of your favorite devotionals.
3. When does Huddle Leader Training start?
Weekend of Champions - training begins at 4:00 p.m. sharp the Friday afternoon of the Retreat. Training would be approximately 3 1/2 hours. Supper will be provided.
Sports Camp - Training begins at 1:00 pm sharp the Saturday before camp starts and continues until the start of camp.
4. Where do we sleep?
Weekend of Champions - You will be housed at either First Baptist Church or the Community College
Camp - You will be housed in the dorms at Central College
